Support
Life is fascinating.
I love the feeling of it, noticing what it's like to be alive — thoughts arriving, emotions moving, intuition whispering, connections appearing, meaning landing, curiosity waking up.
I’ve spent a long time paying attention to these things.
To what nourishes life and what drains it.
To what helps us feel more ourselves and what slowly moves us away from ourselves.
Over time I realised something simple.
Self-care isn’t really another thing to do.
It’s remembering to feel what it's like to be here — alive and in living connection with ourselves, others and all of our surrounds.
I live this as best I can, moving toward what helps nourish life, through our bodies, minds, hearts and souls.
To support this, I create experiences where life can be felt — gatherings where we slow down enough to notice ourselves.
Spaces where we are allowed to arrive feeling tired, stretched thin, confused, disconnected from ourselves, or simply looking to understand why life feels a little off.
Where we can notice ourselves and remember what being alive feels like.
And in these spaces we notice:
What is quietly alive and wanting more space.
What belongs to us and what doesn't.
What is nourishing and what is draining.
Always with the question: what's alive in me now, what's here, ready to live?
