Living Self-Care

A More Alive Way To Live Everyday.

Living Self-Care  Is...

Living Self-Care is a way of nurturing yourself that centres on your nature, not rules or routines.

It's self-care that doesn’t ask you to be different.

It’s learning how to be you, one moment at a time, in a way you can sustain.

In doing so, it slows you down enough to listen, pause, and allow your natural rhythms to return.

This is self-care that's not a “have to” or a “should."
It’s not another task or a to-do.
It's living.

Where You Can Begin

Living Self-Care begins with noticing what is already here. What's alive, within and around us.

I hold small gatherings and online classes where we slow the pace, share ideas, and notice together what helps life move more freely.

Places, spaces, to pause, notice, and remember what being alive feels like.

I offer one-on-one support.  Time to come together, to slow down and notice what feels nourishing for you, what belongs, and what life is asking for more of.

What's Beneath It All

When life feels off and you're not sure why, you're often balancing three parts:

Self — your body, mind, heart, soul, and the energy that moves through them.
Others — your people, your community,  your ancestors, and chosen kin.
Surrounds — your place, your land, your home, the natural and man-made world, even the spirit that holds us.

I use a simple map to make these connections visible.
It’s not something to follow — it’s something to remember.

When you see life mapped , you begin to notice how these parts relate to one another, where they feel steady, and where your attention is naturally drawn.

This noticing is where living more in step with yourself begins.

For Practioners, Creatives, Community Leaders and Changemakers

Whether you guide a team, care for others in your work, create change in your community, or hold a creative vision, Living Self-Care offers a steady ground to stand on.

It’s a gentle, grounded way to rethink how we care for ourselves and each other — especially in times of complexity, change, and exhaustion.

I work with individuals and small groups to help restore a rhythm of care that supports personal well-being and the capacity to keep showing up for the world, people and communities that matter.

If this feels like it could support you or the people around you, I’d love to connect.

Welcoming Diversity

My aim is to support us connecting more deeply with who we are so inclusion and understanding are at the heart of my philosophy and approach. Regardless of your background, education, race or identity, you are welcome here.

Acknowledgement of Country

I live and work on the lands of the Gubbi Gubbi and Ningy Ningy peoples, in what’s now called Deception Bay. Land that was never ceded.
I respectfully acknowledge their deep and enduring connection to land, water, and community, and honour their Elders—past and present.
I seek to live and learn in ways that honour and align with the wisdom that has long been held here.

"It is possible, and truly worth it"

"I've also been thinking about the things you have taught me & I 'm so grateful of your help when I was incredibly lost. The biggest thing that I learned, to appreciate me for me & I cannot thank you enough for encouraging that.
