It’s not a “have to” or a “should." It’s not another task or a to-do.
Living Self-Care is a way of tending to yourself that grows from your own nature, not from rules or routines.
It’s learning how to be you, one moment at a time, in a way you can sustain.
Slowing you down enough to listen, pause, and allow your natural rhythms to return.
Living Self-Care helps you feel alive, connected, and so much more sure.
Where You Might Begin
Self-care can be simple, natural, and woven into the life you already have. I hold small gatherings and online classes where we slow the pace, share ideas, and look at practical ways to bring more ease and steadiness into everyday life.
We find our way together.
Or maybe you would like a one-on-one conversation — the space where you can bring questions, feel understood, and know someone is with you as you find your way.
If you’d like to be in touch, you can reach out below.
When life feels off and you're not sure why, you're often balancing three parts:
Self — your body, mind, heart, soul, and the energy that moves through them. Others — your people, your community, your ancestors, and chosen kin. Surrounds — your place, your land, your home, the natural and man-made world, even the spirit that holds us.
I use a simple map to make these connections visible. It’s not something to follow — it’s something to remember.
When you see life mapped , you begin to notice how these parts relate to one another, where they feel steady, and where your attention is naturally drawn.
This noticing is where living more in step with yourself begins.
For Practioners, Creatives, Community Leaders and Changemakers
Whether you guide a team, care for others in your work, create change in your community, or hold a creative vision, Living Self-Care offers a steady ground to stand on.
It’s a gentle, grounded way to rethink how we care for ourselves and each other — especially in times of complexity, change, and exhaustion.
I work with individuals and small groups to help restore a rhythm of care that supports personal well-being and the capacity to keep showing up for the world, people and communities that matter. If this feels like it could support you or the people around you, I’d love to connect.
My aim is to support us connecting more deeply with who we are so inclusion and understanding are at the heart of my philosophy and approach. Regardless of your background, education, race or identity, you are welcome here.
Acknowledgement of Country
I live and work on the lands of the Gubbi Gubbi and Ningy Ningy peoples, in what’s now called Deception Bay. Land that was never ceded. I respectfully acknowledge their deep and enduring connection to land, water, and community, and honour their Elders—past and present. I seek to live and learn in ways that honour and align with the wisdom that has long been held here.
