Guidelines

Comfort
Our shared space is here for your comfort and care. Feeling safe, protected and at ease matters here.

Confidentiality
Your privacy is of utmost importance. All session content, emails, and ad hoc conversations are strictly confidential and will never be shared without your consent.

Continuity

You decide when you want support. Your natural timing is trusted and honoured — pauses, breaks, and returns are all part of the flow.

Congruence
Your voice, your experience, your changing needs —  shape our connection and the evolution of our time together.

Caregiving
Genuine support here means presence — being with you in your experience, not managing or fixing it.

Communication
Honest, open exchange is the foundation from which we grow together. If discomfort or discord arises, our commitment is to bring it into shared awareness, with the aim of supporting the integrity of our connection.

Change
Life moves in unexpected ways, and so does our shared space. What arises between us, includes the unplanned, the surprising and the difficult, and are part of the living nature of genuine support.

Commitment
We allow our commitment to evolve, this may include revised guidelines, clearer offerings or additional services.  If our connection feels unsustainable for either of us, that will be honoured.

Please Note
I do not provide diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions for physical, emotional, or mental illnesses. Nothing said during our self-care support should be interpreted as such.

If you experience any mental health or medical difficulties, please inform me so that we can make appropriate adjustments to our agreement to support your needs. This may involve seeking additional support services additional to the services I provide.

External support from other professionals is welcomed and encouraged to complement your experience.
