1on1 Support
Sometimes we feel tired, stretched thin, overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or simply aware that something isn’t sitting quite right.
We may be doing all the right things and still feel something is missing.
We may be caring for others while feeling further away from ourselves.
We may be moving through life at a speed that doesn't quite feel like our own.
We may have become very good at adapting.
We may sense that something wants attention, while not yet knowing what it is.
Over time, many women begin to feel like they have lost touch with something important — not because it is gone, but because it has become harder to hear.
Time together creates space for something different.
We slow down enough to begin noticing.
What nourishes and what drains.
What belongs and what doesn't.
What feels quietly alive.
What might be ready for more space.
What rhythms feel natural.
What life is asking for more of.
Along the way we begin understanding ourselves more deeply.
We begin noticing the web and weave of our lives — the relationships between Self, Others, and Surrounds.
We begin understanding the nature of life — the way life moves, grows, rests, changes, and unfolds.
And we begin understanding the nature of nurture — what creates the conditions for life to flourish rather than forcing it.
From there, gentle change often begins to emerge.
Not dramatic things all at once.
Small things.
A clearer sense of self.
Greater trust in your own rhythms.
Feeling more connected.
Understanding what belongs to you and what doesn't.
Making choices that feel more like your own.
Creating everyday actions that support and sustain you.
My work draws on more than two decades of exploring self-care, movement, personal growth, and the wisdom of living systems. At the heart of it is the power of presence, caring conversation, and understanding what helps life naturally flourish.
Living Self-Care is always guided by individual rhythms, timing, and needs.
There are no fixed packages or predetermined pathways to follow.
You live your life.
And when life becomes too much, when you stumble, feel disconnected from yourself, or simply need support, you reach out.
Each conversation creates space for you to hear yourself and better understand the web and weave of your life.
From this, clarity begins to emerge — the clarity to move with courage and care toward what feels nourishing, what belongs, and the life that is ready to be lived.
Together we gently re-orientate back to life.
Support is available when you need it.
When you first reach out, we simply begin with a conversation — a chance for us to connect, explore what is happening in your life, and gently sense whether Living Self-Care feels like the right fit for you.
Following this conversation, you reach out when you feel called to. Conversations usually last between one and two hours and are offered at $100 per hour. You are charged only for the time we spend together, so your support stays flexible and at the level you need.
